Return Goods
Below you will find the Return Goods Request form that needs to be filled out in order to process your return. You will need Adobe Acrobat to download this form. Below are instructions for downloading Adobe Acrobat, and the form.

Merchandise Return Policy
A. Stock Merchandise
Normally stocked merchandise purchased from us may be returned for credit or exchanged with our prior consent and in some cases a restocking fee may be charged. The return must be made within 45 days of the original invoice date, and must be returned in resalable condition with its original packaging. Unless the merchandise was shipped by us in error, the transportation charges covering the return are the customer's responsibility. In unusual circumstances, when it is not practical for the customer to ship the merchandise back to us using a common carrier, we will pick the items up on our truck on a charge customer basis. The charge for this would be 10% of the merchandise value or $25.00, whichever is greater.
B. Non-Stock Merchandise
Return of non-stock items, items cut, modified, fabricated or manufactured to customer specifications will not be allowed.
